It is with saddened hearts that we announce that A.J. John Allende (Cocoa) passed away on October 24, 2017.
John Allende was born on April 20, 1930 and was in the class of 1948. He was married to Deanie McClure
a Hoover High beauty, for 59 years (deceased). Together they had four sons. John, Dave, Daniel and Joseph.
He later married Mary Jo Lamb Ludwig (deceased).
Coco was a tireless contributor to the San Diego High School Alumni Association, his contributions could never be fully described in this short article. His passion though was the alumni’s yearly “All Classes Homecoming” celebration.
